Anahiem’s Jean-Sébastien Giguère has taken the vote to play goal for the Western Conference in the NHL All-Star game. Bringing in a total of 617,241 ballots, Giguere will face off against another Reebok player- Sid Crosby. Crosby, a starting forward in the Eastern lineup, broke records in the number of ballots he received in this year’s vote.
Here’s a round-up of fan ballots for the Reebok team:
East
Sidney Crosby: 1.7 million
Patrice Bergeron: 240,000
Marc-Andre Fluery: 1.4 million
West
Pavel Datsyuk: 400,000
Jean-Sébastien Giguère: 617,000
Roberto Luongo: 470,000
