Huet Signs 4-Year Deal with the Chicago Blackhawks

The Chicago Blackhawks have signed Reebok goaltender Cristobal Huet to a four-year deal. Huet split the 07-08 campaign between Washington and Montreal finishing with a 32-14-6 record, a 2.32 goals-against average and a .920 save percentage. Huet has played 183 career games in the NHL. Overall, he has posted a record of 83-61-24, a 2.43 goals against average and a .918 save percentage.

Lightning Lock-up Kolzig for 08-09 Season

The Tampa Bay Lightning have added a veteran presence in net for the 08-09 season by signing Reebok goaltender Olaf Kolzig who had previously spent his entire 17-year career with the Washington Capitals. In 711 career games, with Washington, Kolzig has a record of 301-293-86 with a 2.70 goals-against average and .906 save percentage.

Avalanche Sign Ex-Leaf Raycroft

The Colorado Avalanche announced today that they have signed Reebok goaltender Andrew Raycroft to a one-year contract. Raycroft has a career record of 82-80-26 with a goals against average of 2.87 and a save percentage of .900, he spent the past two seasons with the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Denis Signs Deal with Hometown Habs

The Montreal Canadiens announced today that they have signed free agent Reebok goaltender Marc Denis to a one-year contract. A Montreal native, Denis is a veteran of 10 seasons in the NHL with 348 games of experience as a member of the Colorado Avalanche, the Columbus Blue Jackets and the Tampa Bay Lightning. The 30-year-old netminder has posted a career record of 112-179-28-3 with a 3.02 GAA and a .902 save percentage
